No refunds will be made until after the completion of the 2010 Land Rover National Rally. The refund request must be in writing (email or regular mail).

REGISTRATION FEES

A good portion of the registration fees go to pay land-use fees to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the state of Utah (use of School Trust Lands – SITLA). We are also required by the BLM to have a “Special Use Permit” and additional charges for each person-day of use. We provide the BLM with our information on the total vehicles registered, the average number of people per vehicle, and the total number of vehicle-days during the event.

Other fees go toward items such as postage, printing, welcome packets, office supplies, rental of registration/staging area, rental of banquet facility, opening event appetizer part, closing banquet dinner, rental of portable toilets, banners and other sign costs.

The Solihull Society is a not-for-profit corporation. Surpluses may be used for regular club expenses and charitable donations. As we have in the past, if a surplus happens for the 2010 Rally there may be donations to the following organizations: Moab City Police department, Grand County Sheriffs department, Grand County Search and Rescue, San Juan County Sheriffs Department, Allen Memorial Hospital, Moab Chamber of Commerce, Red Rock 4-Wheelers, Youth Garden Project, The Humane Society and the Feral Cat Program. Additional donations are made based upon the recommendations of club members and voted on.

Trail leaders and their helpers are members of the Solihull Society and volunteer their time for fun with no payment for their services.
